Macau born artist Isabella Leong (梁洛施) won the actress award at Director’s Week section of the 27th Oporto International Film Festival (Fantasporto), Portugal’s biggest film fest, which wrapped up Sunday (March 4).

Isabella won the award with “Isabella,” a 2005 movie. Fantasporto is not as reputable as Venice or Cannes etc., but it’s still a great motivation for a 19-year-old girl.
“The Departed,” which was adapted from Hong Kong movie “Infernal Affairs,” won the best picture at the 79th Academy Awards.
The Departed’s director Martin Scorsese also claimed the best directing award.
Helen Miren as expected, won the best actress with “The Queen.” Forest Whitaker, also hot favorite, won the best actor with “Last King of Scotland.”
