The mysterious man who’s Zhang Ziyi’s latest boyfriend finally revealed… he is Aviv ‘Vivi’ Nevo, an Israeli and one of the richest man in New York.
There are some early speculations about “who is the man?” Some said he is a French actor, some said he is a neighbour of US president George Bush… but the latest Chinese reports indicate that he is indeed New York investment mogul Vivi Nevo.
I bet Vivi Nevo is fast becoming China #1 public enemy after the release of this photo lol…

A bit more about Vivi Nevo… he is a venture capitalist, one of the largest shareholders of Time Warner (one of the largest media firm in the world); he was spotted going out with Kate Moss (UK supermodel) and rumored to be seeing Jeisa Chiminazzo (Brazilian supermodel).
Reports also said that Vivi Nevo is just 41, but he sure looks much older than that… he needs a stylist and some plastic surgery seriously if he’s just 41.

Bono
Irish rock star Bono will be awarded an honorary British knighthood. The 46-year-old U2 lead man, also a famous humanitarian tackling global poverty particularly for Africa.
Bono, real name Paul David Hewson, will however not be using the “Sir” title because he is not from a Commonwealth country.
In fact due to political reasons it’s not common for any Irish to be knighted by the British, and it can only be done with approval form the Irish government… and in this case they did.
I am always fond of Bono’s effort in charitable work; the world will be a better place if all those celebrities that are earning millions a year can spend a bit more effort to tackle poverty.
Congrats Bono!

The famous black dress wore by Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast In Tiffany’s” was auctioned on December 5, by Christie’s in London to raise funds for charity.
When the news was announced in July, Christie’s officials are estimating to raise between £50,000 and £70,000 for “City of Joy Aid” which helps under-privileged people in India.
Turned out the dress was sold for £410,000 (~USD800,000) to an anonymous phone buyer… the press are starting to play the guessing game; Victoria Beckham or Coleen McLoughlin seems like their favorites at the moment.

“Desparate Housewives” star Eva Longoria and San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker have split up according to People Magazine.
Longoria’s spokeperson made a statement last Friday that the celebrity couple was going through a very difficult time, but didn’t mention that they are splitting up.
Some sources said that their relationship ended because of the distance, their demanding careers and not living in same city. Some gossips however suggested that Longoria is not happy at Parker for dirty dancing and cuddling with his ex-girlfriend in New York City club Marquee last week.

Russian tennis star Maria Sharapova won the 2006 US Open, her 2nd Grand Slam title after her suprise Wimbledon crown in 2004.
Sharapova claimed the title on Saturday beating Belgium’s Justine Henin-Hardenne in straight sets 6-4, 6-4.
I am glad to see Sharapova winning a Grand Slam again, it shows that she’s capable of being at the top in tennis arena, and not just a camera-posing teenager that’s interested in all those multi-million dollars endorsement.
Credits to Henin-Hardene as well, she reached all 4 Grand Slam finals this season, not many tennis players could have done that in their career.
