Lee Da-hae is well known in Thailand for her role in Korean drama “My Girl”.
UPDATE - According to a reader… Lee Da-hae was not in Thailand to promote My Girl (as posted earlier), but to promote her country instead. Thanks for the correction.

i already saw “my girl” here in the philippines
i love the casts and also the story…
when it was aired here it was very popular that’s why Lee Dong-Wook visited philippines because the fans requested it…then he was interviewed by Kris Aquino and he also showed up to a very popular noon time show WOWOWEE…hes so handsome that even the girl hosts kissed him in the cheek we called it “SHOBIZ KISS”…lol

Please correct the news. Lee Da Hae didn’t came to promote ‘My Girl’ here. That movie was shown here almost a year ago. But she came here to promote her country. (Encourage people in Thailand to visit South Korea.)

I live in Thailand and I’m Thai . So, I’m sure I already watched this movie many months ago. (It’s a great movie though :P) It could be because Lee Da Hae was recognized by Thai people from series ‘My Girl’. So, there were a lot of advertising, Banners saying “Meet and greet with a girl from series ‘My Girl’. ” :)
Also, reading many news in Thailand, they are all saying the same as what I said :)

I’m Thai and I went to meet Lee Da Hae as well. She has a sweet smile and I know that most of Thai fans like her as well. Lee Da Hae came to Thailand for promoting Korea Tourism and meeting Thai fans. She visited Korea Sparkling 2007 Fun Ski & Snow Festival to promote Korean tourism. She also visited the orphanages. On the last day of her visit, She held the meeting with Thai fans at Central World (a famous department store in Bangkok). There were nearly a thousand of Thai fans joined this event. Lee Da Hae looked so pleasant as She smiled with her hairstyle like Joo Yoo Rin in “My Girl”. She gave presents to her Thai fans. She also gave an interview to Thai press as well. Her latest drama “Hello! Miss” will be on air on TV Channel 7 soon.

here in Jakarta, INdonesia we watched her latest drama “hello!miss” already. It’s a great drama. Starring Lee Da Hae, Lee Ji Hoon, Ha Suk Jin. LDH & LJH looks really good together. I hope they are real couple,too
