FACE (Forever Asian-star Culture Expo) is an event for Korean stars to showcase in Japan. This is the 2nd year the expo is running; the show started on August 1 and will run until August 20.
Ha Ji-won is one of the many Korean stars that are attending the expo; other big names include Lee Jun-ki, Ryu Si-won, Lee Dong-gun, Se7en, DBSK and Kangta etc.

Andy… I can’t recall any sites that focus on that particular news. I know that Rain will be in states (NY or LA) some time in November; if not mistaken he will be there to learn English and to prepare for an English album… not sure if he will be making any public appearance though.
