Hollywood actress Kirsten DunstHollywood actress Kirsten Dunst is set to make her directorial debut this summer.

The 25-year-old star will make a short film based on a ghost story sent to Glamour magazine by a reader. “I’m directing my first short this summer. It’s a ghost story.

“They’re totally giving me carte blanche. I pick the letter. I write my script. I pick everyone I want to collaborate with, it’s great.”

The film will be part of the Reel Moments series, a project run by Glamour magazine which showcases short films made by women based on readers’ stories; previous contributors include Jennifer Aniston and Robin Wright Penn.

American star Lindsay Lohan was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) on Saturday (May 26) after her convertible struck a curb, and investigators found what they believe is cocaine at the scene, police said.

Lohan, who spent time at a rehabilitation center earlier this year, was driven in another car to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries; the two other people in her car were not hurt. [Source - Chinadaily]

Macau artist Isabella LeongMacau born actress Isabella Leong is set to star in “Mummy 3″ according to some recent reports.

Isabella is reported to be starring as Michelle Yeoh’s daughter. Isabella’s agent refused to comment on this matter, which normally means that the news is true; otherwise the agent would have denied it.

Earlier last week young Chinese actress Crystal Liu was rumored to star in Mummy 3 as well. From the reports it seems that Isabella is taking a different role… but it’s just a guess; everything can only be confirmed when it’s officially announced.

Mummy 3 also stars Brendan Fraser, Jet Li, Mario Bello and Luke Ford. The movie will start filming in July in Montreal (Canada) and Xi’an (China).

S.H.E’s latest album “Play” has been doing well; in the album they sing a hit song “Zhong Guo Hua” (which means Chinese language; 中國話)… which prompted a news agency to challenge them for a Chinese language test.

American born Chinese artist Jaycee Chan and popular Malaysian singer Penny Tai was spotted having dinner together in Taiwan.

Jaycee (Jackie Chan’s son) was rumored to be in relationship with Penny sometime ago… but the rumors ended after Jaycee was linked to Hong Kong artist Fiona Sit instead.

Well, not sure if they are just friends or dating… either one of the relationship won’t hurt.
