Taiwanese star Vic Zhou (nickname Zai Zai) was in Japan was in Japan to launch his official Japanese fanclub, the V.I.C （Vic International Cooperation) on Friday night (March 6).
The fanclub already had 6000 members at its launching, and the event itself was attended by over 3000 of his club members.
Vic played some games with fans and sang a couple of songs to entertain the crowd.
