Harry, a Dandie Dinmont Terrier co-owned by US famous comedian Bill Cosby, stole the show in the first day of competition at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
Harry was the only Dandie Dinmont in the competition and finished first (what else?) in the terrier group.

Hong Kong pregnant star Cecilia Cheung (张柏芝) visited her hubby Nicholas Tse (谢霆锋) at a film set on Monday (Jan 12).
Nicholas was filming a dangerous explosive scene, and Cecilia was there to show her support. Doesn’t look like a pregnant (5-months) lady in my opinion.

Rain’s latest movie “I’m a Cyborg, but it’s Ok” is competing at the Berlin Film Festival and made their Europe premiere on Friday (February 9).
Director Park Chan-wook (朴赞郁), Rain (郑智熏) and leading actress Im Soo-jung (林秀晶) became the center of attention for over 150 international media and a large group of Rain’s fans.

Korean actress Jung Da-bin (정다빈) was found dead on Saturday morning (February 10); the police have classified the case as suicide.
The cause of suicide is believed to be depression because of her dipping entertainment career. Just a day before her death, Da-bin left an ambiguous message on her website, something mentioning that God is going to embrace her etc.
It’s saddening to some people who want to leave lost their life accidentally, and the irony is that some who are given the chance to live decide to end their life instead. Also, it’s the 2nd recent high profile suicide in Korea after artist U-Nee died a few weeks ago… something is terribly wrong with Korea entertainment.

China born actress Liu Yifei (刘亦菲) is rumored to be joining in the “J&J Project,” a movie that’s starring 2 Asian action superstars Jackie Chan and Jet Li.
The anticipated movie will be based on Chinese epic folklore “Journey to the West.”
Both Jackie and Jet have been interested in starring in the same movie for years, and the dream is likely to become reality this year, as the filming is scheduled to start in mid-2007.

Anna’s life had been more dramatic than some soap operas.
Since her marriage to 89-year-old oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall in 1994, Anna had been at the center of tabloids. Followed by Marshall’s dead, the decade long (still unsettled) inheritance court case, and the mysterious dead of his son Daniel Smith (with first husband)… and finally her death, it’s just so dramatic.

Taiwan artist Angela Zhang (张韶涵) is under kidnapping threat and has been living in fear for the past 4 months.
Angela’s agency has confirmed the threat after a tabloid published the news that Angela’s mum was threatened by relatives and gangster because of some properties issues from Angela’s deceased grandfather.
According to the tabloid the gangsters had threatened Angela’s mum in last October to kidnap Angela if their demand was not granted.
Angela’s agency mentioned that they have taken extra precaution to protect Angela’s safety since the incident.
I believe the gangsters were just talking big. Still, it must be torturing for Angela to leave under those fears for months… poor Angela.
