The mysterious man who’s Zhang Ziyi’s latest boyfriend finally revealed… he is Aviv ‘Vivi’ Nevo, an Israeli and one of the richest man in New York.
There are some early speculations about “who is the man?” Some said he is a French actor, some said he is a neighbour of US president George Bush… but the latest Chinese reports indicate that he is indeed New York investment mogul Vivi Nevo.
I bet Vivi Nevo is fast becoming China #1 public enemy after the release of this photo lol…
A bit more about Vivi Nevo… he is a venture capitalist, one of the largest shareholders of Time Warner (one of the largest media firm in the world); he was spotted going out with Kate Moss (UK supermodel) and rumored to be seeing Jeisa Chiminazzo (Brazilian supermodel).
Reports also said that Vivi Nevo is just 41, but he sure looks much older than that… he needs a stylist and some plastic surgery seriously if he’s just 41.

Thanks for the reply and I hope you are correct, but I must tell you that the reality does not look good for us in the near future.
In 75 years when we are both dead, maybe for China if we don’t kill ourselves first ( since we have been doing it for the last 100 years)
I know, I sound so negative, but sometimes reality is part of life and we must admitt our problems before you celebrate anything.
There was an article in the Washington post stating that 75% of Chinese people in mainland has applied for Western countries visas, now why is that? It can’t be that China is so great that everyone wants to get out right?
I must say, I so hope I am wrong and I so hope you are correct!
By the way, I think all 3 of us have started a conversation on a different subject. But, Heyhey’s reason is why ziyi is going out with White dudes.

Hello Mike, thanks for your quick response. I know that reality is part of life and the reality is that China is indeed rising! sure there would be problems but which country doesn’t have them? Things have indeed come a long way for us asians. Look at the blacks, because of the civil rights movement, blacks have managed to reach the epitomy of stardom in music, movies and the media. They had their struggles as well but it is thru great struggles that great things are born! And that is exactly what China is going thru and so is India. Nothing great will ever come easy. I dont know when the report in the Washington Post was released but even if that is true then, the opposite is also true! Many westerners also want to come into China and India and for what? To do business of course, thats where the action is. Anyway, there are already so many chinese in China, you take half the population, you still have more people in China than there are in the US. China is taking a very slow and controlled approach to opening up the country, and I think that would be wise. Look at how tightly they control the yuan and they will slowly bit by bit appreciate it in their favour. Dont get me wrong, I am not blindly optimistic neither am I celebrating anything but I think going by the sign of times, it is very positive for us compared to a decade ago. Kevin Rudd, the new PM of Australia is fluent in Mandarin and the daughter married a chinese from Hong Kong, if that is already happening at the top, it will flow down to street level. China is moving fast and slow in the right areas and I strongly believe that in our life time, we will see a great but gradual change in how arrogant westerners view us asians. Have confidence in ourselves, westerners are not that fantastic, they are just lucky that they have smart asians working for them in their home country to make them look more outstanding on the world stage but now with so many overseas asians moving east, the focus of power will move east as well. China has already used its influence and power to block US navy ships from docking at Hongkong, there is no way it is willing to submit to foreign powers anymore. To quote an example from Singapore, look at how one smart asian man – Lee Kuan Yew managed to turn a small island with almost next to nothing resources to a country that is richer than its neighbouring country, imagine how much more 10 Lee Kuan Yews in China can do!!

hey..you’re right..CHINA IS RISING..just came back from a holiday in beijingand yah even though the chinese there are really rude and discourteous, you can see that china is rising..some cultures are changing..you see young people being more involved in world issues and havin courtesy campaigns.and wat on of you said about CHINESE hating each other..haha..that i have to say is wrong/..anyway i feel tha pre-merital sex is wrong so i mean ZHang ziyi is like not really good to just do that with AVIV VIVI NEVO..but i like her movies so ya great…and you guys are really smart man..you all are like debators::)

The reasons of most of chinese don’t like zhang ziyi are
1,when she made her first movie, she sleep with the director and tell media in some smart way to made herself famous, later on , she tell media : I have never said that! she make a news, and fight with the news she made. she is very smart! but is bad!
2,when she met second director, she try to make media to think that she has sex relationship with the director. later on she did same thing to madie.
3,when she made movie with Jack Chen, at the birthday pary of Jack Chen, she said: I will give you a big birthday gift , that is myself ! and she kiss Jack Chen in front of media, and put her body in Jack Chen’s arms. later on, she hold the hand of Jack Chen’s son on the street to make another news: Jack Chen fight with his song for Zhang Ziyi.
4, she dated a very rich Chinese guy, kiss him on the street and night club.
somebody said that zxhang ziyi paid to the people who reported the newses. I saw all the news and pics what I told you here.

As a movie star, I have to say, she is not good, there are o lots of movie stars are much better than her in china , trust me! she is famous in China, but not because of her movie, is because of her relathinoship with famous men.

Yes China is growing but the GDP growth is not sustainable and already is cooling off. There are some HUGE social and economic issues ahead of China that dwarf anything the US or Japan had or will have to deal with. Over 600 million Chinese (over 1/2 the population) are poor farmers living in the countryside on $100 to $300 USD a year! The income gap is widening fast with terrible social consequences. Inflation will start to kick in, it is unavoidable. The Chinese RMB (Yuan) is highly undervalued and when it is forced to an enevitable truer market valuation Chinese goods will be more expensive and trade will slow. The Chinese economy is growing but the environment and public health is paying the price. The pollution in China is mind boggling. Even the top finance minister said last year to fix the environmental problems and address the millions of people sickened (and who will become sick) from pollution would be something like 10 years worth of GDP!!! The posters trying to knock down or saying we must attack the white men to build up the asian man are dumb racists. Chinese and white people can both be successful. Don’t forget even in the US there are millions of poor white people who are marginalized by the US govt. and do not reap the economic benefits yet they must deal with their daily living costs going up and up (food, rent (poor cannot get home in US), energy costs, public transport, education, hospital etc.) look at Katrina event and nearly 1/3 of US population has no health care! Not everyone in US is rich and elite, there are disenfranchised Chinese and also Americans. We need work together to raise the living standard of both nations for average people. The rich always get richer. China what happened to our socialist vision of Mao ze Dong? He would faint to see modern life, how corrupt CCP officials kill, steal and betray the people, how greedy business man do the same thing and exploit workers and the environment.

White people see the rise of China and India as a threat! You think they are willing to share power in the world with asians? Look at how scared they were when sovereign wealth funds are buying up shares in US companies! and they constantly keep portraying china as a military threat to the world. Look at how white media protray asians? as ching chow chow, uneducated chinaman or like william hung, you think they want asians to be successful? no! they see asia as a place they once colonized and continue to dominate. When the indian steel company, Lakshmi Mittal wanted to buy over a European company Arcelor, there were racist reactions from the europeans. In case this matters at all. Vivi Nevo is a former trader from a firm called Carlin in NYC. He established some great ties with Herb Allen around 1996 and capitalized on them by providing connections in Hollywood. From there he branched out to major firms. His business has been largely flipping IPOs.

Visa is for temperory stay like travelling and studying, but NOT immigrating. IF they do immigrate they are no longer Chinese people. Therefore, your quote of that 75% thing is ridiculous. Besides, considering how many Americans are travelling around the world. They don’t have to do paperwork before their travelling but it doesn’t mean that they don’t have foreign visas. They DO get visas at the moment when they arrive another contry. So the portion of Americans that are currently having a foreign contry visa will be greater than 75% (if that number is ever true in China). So, is USA so great that everyone wants to get out? hmmmm… LOL

Men, especially Chinese men do need to improve yourself, if you guys are truly decent, Ziyi won’t need to do F or W whatever! She is great yet may not be perfect as no one is, she, as every one, deserve to be loved no matter who the lover is, even a king or president based on her capacity. Get a life and give us a break!

Hi Dear and there, Wake up. the planet is now the planet of Unit as it was created by God. Overly claim the nationality is the sing of low self image no matter how seeming you boasting. I agree totally that there many good men and bad men no matter their skin color. But acusse a woman in a such demeanor and topic make you guys looked low and uncivilized, I am sorry. I am feeling sorry for you guys.
I also have to say that how pure Ziyi is could only be judged by GOD, for the pure is more of some thing to be hold in one’s heart and spirit. How do you know there were accusers who wouldn’t do the same if she or he in the equal situation and have a chance, how do you know if there were some people doing very low self esteem things yet without their bodies to be touched ( itmight not because of their virtue). Chances are, the most crucial accusers were the most unclean in their hearts. Think what is Ziyi is your sister? would you still supporter her and wish her happiness no matter what. That doesn’t mean your value in invalid, but you have to be graceful.
