Ariel Lin Yi Chen Biography
Ariel Lin was given major role since her debut in 2002 drama, “True Love.” Ariel continued to star in “Secret Garden” and “Seventh Grade,” and steadily building her fame and popularity.
Ariel Lin still continued her university study while making all the dramas and managed to graduate from NCCU.
Ariel Lin co-starred Mike He in “Love Contract” (2004) and with Joseph Zheng in “It Started With a Kiss” (2005). Both the melodramas were a hit, and Ariel become one of the most popular TV actresses in Taiwan.
Ariel Lin then starred in popular dramas “Fairy from Wonderland” and acclaimed drama “Tokyo Juliet” in 2006. Fairy from Wonderland was hugely popular in China and Ariel is getting more famous in Asia region.
Ariel Lin also starred in 2 movies and sang a few songs in the dramas’ OST, but her singing venture is not as successful as her TV acting career.
Ariel Lin is currently filming the sequel for for ISWAK; she is also supposed to be filming “The Legend of Condor Heroes” in China but the filming was postphoned because the leading actor (Hu Ge) is recovering from a car accident.

I think Ariel looks just ok, but I think she’s smart and her acting is pretty good… one of the best actresses in Taiwan at her age.

Hi neede3d… I can’t actually get what you mean by ‘grugch’, if you mean I am not as friendly as I used to be, you are probably right.
When this website is still not that popular most people came here to share their love for the idols only, but lately there are too many hate messages and trouble makers… I am trying to handle the situation as best as I could, sometimes have to be a bit strict though.
Thanks for your caring, I am actually ok as always… just has to do things a bit differently sometimes.

ARIEL LIN is the first Taiwanese Actress that I do relaly appreciate ehr performance. She may not be that extremely beautifull but she’s one star when do performsn stands out among the rest. She has what it takes to have an X-FACTOR that everyone will stop to see her. Others may view her as under rated star but in the near future this taiwanese actress will create a hsitory of her own in the field of entertainment.
ARIEL LIN I can very well comapre to one of the fave Korean Actress HAJIWOn who is being recognized after playing supporting roles and is reaping her performance from various awards being receiving and the most sought actress in some of the series.. No wonder her sereis is a stand out among the rest.
MORE POWER to ARIEL LIN AND HAJIWON.. Hoping this two will film to gether since ARIEL LIN has been known in KOREAN LANGUAGE.. When this two will collaborate.. This will be what will be called that will surely BOMB everyone else with their great performances.

Ariel Lin is still pretty popular in Taiwan, her latest series “Tokyo Juliet” is doing pretty well.
That’s nothing much about her lately… Ariel is rather low profile artist, not fighting for media exposure.
I never heard of her singing mistake, but I am not surprised. Ariel is a good actress for sure, but I always felt that she can’t sing well.
