Fiona Xie Wan Yu was spotted by talent scout at age of 15 and since then started modeling for numerous print and TV commercials in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Fiona Xie was given a chance to star in Singapore drama series “Growing Up” in 2000. Fiona’s performance made her a full time actress, signing for Media Corp in 2001 and made her leading debut in English drama “A War Diary,” and Mandarin sitcom “My Genie.”
With her beauty and nice body figure, Fiona was easily noticed by the TV viewers and rise rapidly in popularity. In the same year, she won the Best Newcomer and Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes at the Star Awards.
Fiona Xie continued to star in various TV dramas, and also co-hosted some TV shows, including the popular “City Beat.”
Fiona Xie was voted FHM Singapore’s Sexiest Woman of the Year in 2005.

I first saw Fiona in TV series My Genie, the sitcom was just ok, but the appearance of Fiona was easily noticeable because of her beauty.

daniel… everyone is entitled to their own comments. Do you realize that you are nothing much different from the people whom you call idiot and stupid? You are throwing insults to others, same like those who gave bad comments to the artists…
I don’t like those bad comments as well, but as a fact of life… there are always people who think in different ways then you or me, and lots of the time totally against what we believe. If you can’t accept those ideas (bad comments in this case)… just ignore them.

I like Fiona Xie because she’s not only a great actress, but she also has that girl-next-door-look=] Yes, yes, I know that magazine’s have called her “Singapore’s Sex Symbol”, but that’s because she’s so darn gorgeous! W/e, this girl can play her parts well: from cutesy girl to bitchy backstabbing girl (Enchanted life), this girl has got talent! Keep up the great work Fiona!=]

dont like her..she is proud..i remember her when she was acting as the genie.at that time her looks were ok.in that show she like abit act cute like that but at that time she was ok to me.but starting to dislike her after that show..her acting is not really that good.but she has a very good figure.but her look seems to change.she seems to become prettier..don know what she had done.
