Korean version of People magazine selected The Most Beautiful Koreans earlier this month. Artist Eric Mun and Jeon Ji-hyun came top on the list.
The selection was made by group of expertise that rate the celebrities according to their body figure, face, eyes, fashion sense and attitude. Popularity is not a rating factor, but beautiful people are normally popular.
On top of the male list is actor/singer Eric Mun from veteran boyband Shinhwa.
2nd is rising actor Gang Dong-won, who is probably most famous for movie “Duelist.”
3rd is Kwon Sang-woo, one of Korea’s most popular actor.
Top of the female list is “My Sassy Girl” and “Windstruck” actress Jeon Ji-hyun.
2nd in the women list is Asia popular actress Choi Ji-woo, who starred in “Winter Sonata” and “Stairway To Heaven.”
3rd is another famous actress Song Hye-kyo, whose popular dramas include “Autumn In My Heart” and “My Girl and I.”

I actually think that dong-won is pretty cool in the duelist, but then… it’s odd that people like won-bin or lee jon-ki is not high up on the list.

omg!!! eric mun is soo hot..i dont think Gang Dong-won desert to be on the top 3 list…And for the girl i dont think song hye kyo should be on the list too.. it should of have been kim tae hee…

About the gaLs, i agree to those three pretty faces! BUT… Jeon Ji hyun doesnt deserve to be on TOP 1.. So simple face.. yah she has an edge only on height, and hair…but beautiful face??? oh well i dont think so!!!…
By the way.. Kwon Sang Woo is really handsome.. but instead of Eric Mun it should be ” WON BIN” or Jang Dong Gun!!! Do they have eyes??? lol! (-: and instead of Jeon Ji Hyun
it should be Choi Ji Woo, Song Hye Kyo and “KimTae Hee… (in guys) Kim Sang Woo, Jang Dong Gun and Kim Sang Woo……..

Jeon Ji Hyun is tall, sexy, and hot…but the term “BEUTIFUL” is different.

Well according to the article… they based on body figure, face, eyes, fashion sense and attitude; but nothing career or popularity related.
Beauty lies in the eye of the beholders… different people will have different perceptions. If we change all the judges and make another chart I bet there could be a different top 3.

i think u shld take a look at other guys before you call eric mun “yuck”. he has one of th emost perfect features n to say tt e judges picked their choices based on his carrer is just giving yrself away tt u dun even understand simple english as u could not understand w earlier paragragh written sayin tt they were picked based on body figure, face, eyes, fashion sense and attitude; but nothing career or popularity related. thus i just want to say that feel ashamed for u. and to say he looks like a construction worker is like an insult to his fans. by sayin tt n sayin sorry afterwards is like slapping someone n saying sorry so i advise you to mind your language in the future

Bae Yong Joon is very handsome, but do not have any dramas or movies lately, so he was forgotten. Kwon Sang Woo, Bae Yong Joon & Lee Dong Wook are the best looking for me. Choi Ji Woo & Lee Dae Hae are my choices for the most beautiful. They are both tall, slim, pretty & talented. Song Hye Kyo is pretty, too, but not very tall according to the profile I read on her.

P.S. To be a candidate in a beauty contest, the contestant should be at least 5′8 and above. Song Hye Kyo is only 5′3″.
