Daniel Radcliffe, the 17-year-old British actor that’s famous for his Harry Potter role, found himself struggling to find a girlfriend. Radcliffe tells Newsweek Magazine in its new issue about girls who want to go out with him simply because he’s famous, or rich.
Radcliffe is shooting the 5th Harry Potter film, “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.” Westminster tube station in London was closed all day on October 22 for the shooting of a scene from Harry Potter’s big-screen adventures.
Radcliffe also made the headlines recently, that he will appear next summer in the London stage revival of the Tony winning drama “Equus” and will perform nude during one scene. Radcliffe will play a troubled young man with a religious-erotic obsession with horses.

daniel, u sound like a totally great guy and i think any girl would be lucky to have u as her boyfriend. u shouldn’t try so hard to find a girlfriend ’cause u seem awesome and should just try to act yourself around the girls that u like and don’t try to use any of those stupid lines because…well they’re cheesy and kinda a turn-off to girls because you either sound like a player, or like a total dork. anyway, good luck w/ the whole girlfriend thing, and u shouldn’t complain, i’ve never had a boyfriend before and i think it’s hard to find a boyfriend, so you’re not alone okay! but if u really need a girlfriend i would totally not mind being that girl, lol!!!!!

Why do you care about Daniel Radcliffe? It’s actually quite amusing. I mean, he’s just some guy who runs around with a wand, smiles at the cameras and has muscles. Don’t get me wrong, he’s probably really nice, etc. but I kinda don’t get the big deal. Jacob is the middle name… it normally follows mother’s surname.
The name normally goes like this…
Name + Mother’s surname + Father’s surname
There are some other cases where they used their grandparent surname at the middle. I don’t want to confuse you any further.

I guess different people from different part of the world shares different kind of celebrations. People in Malaysia do celebrate New Year in general… but I personally don’t feel anything special (not doing much for Xmas as well).
I am a Chinese, so Chinese New Year would be a major celebration instead.

Malaysia is in South East Asia; neighbour to Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Philippines.
The country is small compared to U.S… in fact I think California alone is larger than Malaysia in terms of land mass.
We are surrounded by water basically… so I think it’s right to say that we have plenty of ocean.

Yes we have Starbucks, not as many as having it around every corner of the streets… but quite plentiful. I do visit Starbucks once in a while… it’s a good place to have a chat with friends; just that I don’t like coffee at the first place.

Inna… I live a few years more than you do, and a decade more than kew… experience and maturity lead to wisdom.
Ya, boys obsessed over girls, vice versa… it’s just part of life. The obsession would gradually fade when other facts of life began to creep in (bills, bread and butter etc.)… enjoy your life while you are young. We can still enjoy life when we get older, but those experience would never be the same.

Ya, lots of people are having problems finding what they want… in fact it’s a sad thing in life… most people will carry on with what they are doing with no real purpose.
Try to find what you want Inna… it takes some time, but once you know your path, you will enjoy the journey. Get a piece of paper, write it down… writing helps clearing your mind… it works well for me.

Inna… attractive, hot or personality… whatever. The real thing that matters is whether you have the ‘click’ with that fella… it’s more like a feeling. Some people would get attracted to personality while some others to look, it’s normal.
When we grow older we would off course see more things like future as you mentioned… you do sound a bit unusual though, for your age to actually be thinking of future…

Yummy…I just don’t want to have boy for ‘a few days’.I like more long relations.Yeah,with feelings…But this one appears quickly and if i see that i have no common interests with a boy,feelings run away.

If that’s the case, you are obviosly obsessed with him (nothing wrong with that), and Inna is half right… it can actually be sweet thinking about him, but when things start to change (he got a gf etc)… you will clearly feel the pain and regret for not letting him know about your feeling.
At the end of the day, you will still need to let him know what you think, or else nothing good would happen.

With proper arrangement an artist could make 2-3 movies a year easily… he still got some spare time besides filming Harry Potter… with exceptions that (IF) his HP contract actually forbidded him to work in other projects.
They don’t need to make it any longer. People who don’t read the books or didn’t watch the movie from the first to last will not understand the finale because it’s getting complicated… while people who understand it won’t need a longer movie to portray the story…

There are some long term contracts that would forbid that actor to star in other films during their break as well… it happens more often in dramas, and sometimes in trilogies like LOTR etc.
