Cher to auction personal stuffs from Malibu home

Superstar Cher is planning to sell 700 items from her Malibu home which include furniture, artwork, jewelry, a 2003 H2 Hummer and original costumes by designer Bob Mackie.

The auction will be handle by Sotheby’s and Julien’s Auctions and expect to raise more than $1million, which according to Cher.. “a nice percentage” of the proceeds will benefit the Cher Charitable Foundation.

The 60-year-old diva is auctioning her belongings so that she can redecorate her house, she joked that she’s keeping just 5 items from her Malibu home.

Some highlights items will be exhibit at Sotheby’s locations in London, Chicago and New York before the full exhibition opens at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on September 29. Auction will begin on October 3.
