Shakira is the big winner of the “2006 Billboard Latin Music Awards,” grabbing 5 awards and a special “Spirit of Hope” prize for her children’s charity work.
4 of Shakira’s awards were for her duet “La Tortura” (The Torture) featuring Alejandro Sanz. I so love that song and the MTV, brava Shakira!
