China borned Zhang will lead the team, while Spielberg will serve as artistic consultant along with Australian Ric Birch, who directed the 2000 Sydney Games’ ceremonies.

The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place in the Chinese capital, Beijing on August 8, 2008. It is not going to be an easy job to produce a great show after the great success of 2000 Sdyney and 2004 Athens Games.

Through the visual arts, the art of celebration of life, we are dedicated to making this the most emotional opening ceremony ever.

Zhang however promised that he will not engage in any future projects for the next 2 years, just to concentrate to produce the best show for the 2008 Beijing Olympic.
