Patty Hou Pei Chen Biography
Patty Hou Pei Chen is daughter of a former well-known Taiwanese actress and a TV producer. Patty is a double degree holder with major in mass communication and minor in psychology from USC, Los Angeles.
Patty Hou was inducted as a trainee reporter in year 2001 and began to get noticed as English news anchor at CTI channel in 2002.
In 2003 Patty was appointed as primetime news anchor for Era channel, and since then regarded as Taiwan prettiest news anchor.
In 2004 Patty crossed into the entertainment world as Azio entertainment news anchor and hosted a fashion related TV show.
Patty Hou was rumored attached with numerous celebrities including singers, actors and other rich and famous. It was however in 2005 that her Mr. Right was revealed, Patty and Taiwan popular singer Jay Chou was in love.
Shortly after their romance prevailed, Patty resigned as Era news anchor and focus on her entertainment career.
The Chou-Hou romance received mass reviews and some criticism because Jay Chou was rumored attached to another singer Jolin Tsai at that moment.
Anyhow Jay and Patty didn’t stay long together; they ended their relationship in mid 2006.
Patty made her first TV series in 2007 with popular artist Vic Zhou, and is planning on releasing her solo album as well.
Why I like Patty Hou Pei Chen
Patty Hou Pei Chen is special; she provides a different kind of taste and pleasure in the jaded Taiwanese entertainment scene.
Probably not the prettiest face, but Patty has a good smile and cute voice.
Unlike other noisy and chaotic hosting style, Patty hosted her entertainment news with much more professionalism while not losing any entertaining value; kudos for that.

Alot of times I look at the other pics also before I decide if I think one of these girls is pretty to me that I’m not familiar with. Usually I like the pictures better in the pop forum, but I think this one is better. She looks good in this one.

The pics at the forum are normally newer and with better resolutions, so it could be better normally. Actually it’s not easy to find a nice pic of her, I think Patty is not the photogenic type of girl… but she looks cute when she is reporting the news.

i heard that jay chou broke up with patty and left her for Hebe…
although it’s just a lame rumor….
but i thought that it was cause he just lost interest right?
but i’m not sure………
and i heard that Jay is denying the relationship with Patty and the same with her.
Hebe on the other hand is keeping things low other than revealing her feelings for him.
but it’s all just rumors and we shouldn’t listen to them.

For Hebe or whatever reasons… they broke up for sure. Although both Jay and Patty never officially admitted being together, but they did not really denying as well. Regardless… it’s the end of their story.
