To many suprise it is quite a simple decorated home for the punky pop-rock queen. The house has complicated alarm system, fireplace, jacuzzi tub and kitchen (with the shelves said to be made of skateboards??).
Avril Lavigne’s neighbours mentioned that they are not suprised with the sale as Avril rarely stayed at the place. Avril now lives in Bel Air, LA with fiancé Deryck Whibley.
