Hollywood actress Jessica Alba is threatening to sue Playboy magazine for using her image for commercial purposes without her consent and causing “immeasurable harm” to her reputation and career.
It’s said that Jessica Alba had earlier refused an offer to pose for the Playboy, but the magazine obtained a publicity photo of the star by telling Columbia Pictures that the actress had approved the use of the photo.
Columbia pictures are unhappy about this as well.. while reserving its legal rights, the studio is demanding an apology for both it and Alba.
