Korean actress Song Hye-kyo and actor Cha Tae-hyun arrived in Malaysia to promote their latest movie “My Girl & I”.
“Anyonghaseyo”.. (means how are you?). That’s the first greeting the celebrities got when arriving at the airport on Monday night (27-Feb). Song Hye-kyo seemed to be in good mood with lots of smile on her face, Cha Tae-hyun looked a bit tired but gave a big grin when receiving the flowers.
Malaysia is the 2nd destination for their movie’s promotion after Hong Kong. Hye-kyo and Tae-hyun attended a press conference in the morning (28-Feb) with media from Malaysia and Singapore.
There was only limited time for asking questions and taking photos.. and guess what? Song Hye-kyo actually has relatives staying in Malaysia and she visits here once in a while, Cha Tae-hyun on the other hand is his first trip to Malaysia.
The Korean celebrities attended a private fans meeting in the afternoon. The fans planned for birthday party for Song Hye-kyo (supposed to be Feb 26th, 1982) but she said that her real birthday was long time ago (November 22nd, 1982).. ermm wonder how that happens.
The schedule was tight for the superstars, they attended another public event in the evening. They were well received by the fans but suprisingly, they stayed for only 5 minutes and left. Yet many fans were happy just to take a glance at the Korean stars.
