Korean superstar Jeon Ji-hyun latest film “Daisy” is expected to premiere in January. “Daisy” is directed by Hong Kong director Andrew Lau Wai Keung, written by Kwak Jae-yong, who directed “Windstruck” (also starred by Jeon Ji-hyun).
Daisy is about a story of showdown between an assasin (played by Jeong Woo-seong) and a detective who fall in love with the same woman (played by Ji-hyun).
Jeong Woo-seong was popular lately with his performance in “A Moment to Remember” (co-starring Son Ye-jin). Together with Hong Kong stylish actor Simon Yap, the cast for “Daisy” is pretty strong.
The film will be shot entirely in Netherlands, and with cast and crews across China, Hong Kong and Korea.. “Daisy” is aiming to win big for the global market.

Jun Ji Hyun’s daisy is premiering end of this month in Hong Kong.
Other places in Asia don’t know when.

yummy, where did u get that information? from her hk official fansite, it is confirmed that she’s going to hk on the 28th this month, and the movie is likely to be released in march. as for japan, it is going to be released in may.

Yupe the HK trip is confirmed, there are a few Korean star visiting them in the next one or two months.. Son Ye Jin and Jeon Ji Hyun etc.
I am not sure if the movie is to be released in March in HK, but like Japan.. most other Asia area can only see it on May.

I think Jeon just finished her movie promotion in Hong Kong and Taiwan, so far I had never heard of other places for Daisy’s promotion.

she went to singapore and japan (22/5/06) to promote Daisy as well. anyway, daisy is showing in Malaysia now , anyone knows if there’s english subtitles?

Malaysia cinema normally show with Chinese and Malay subtitle, not 100% sure. English one wait till DVDs come out lor.

slacker.. I’m not too sure when I’ll watch it. There are lots of Hollywood movies that I’m going to watch first.. X-Men, Da Vinci, Cars etc.. ermm you probably need to wait a while for my review :p
